Which section in Walmart is Mrs Wages Located?

Looking to try some Mrs Wages Pickling lime for kalk...Under which section are they in?

If they have it, it will be near the canning jars. I looked around a few local grocery stores and Walmart and never did find. Ending up just ordering online. Would have saved time and trouble doing it that way the first time....

David has the right idea. I spent about $10.00 in gas looking for this stuff. got fed up and orderd on line. BTW, shipping was only $3.00. My order came in three days and my tank is happy happy.

don't waste time calling your local Wal-Mart. I was told that they had it in stock at 3 different stores only to waste a drive over.

I paid aboout $.50 a can at the end of canning season last fall at Walmart. :D Yes I had to buy it all. Even grocery stores should have it.

Afew stores also carry it in the spice section. Just dont grab the pickling salt by mistake.

Unfortunately you will likely not be able to find it in Canada. I can't find the link right now but I remember seeing somewhere that it's a banned substance. Go figure?

I think this is a seasonal item in alot of places, I would guess canning season is the Fall? May be a good time to look around stock up then.

Do you know if one can bring it back across the border if its a banned substance in canada?
I was going to be in the states next week and was thinking of picking up a few...But if that will get me in trouble I will reconsider..hehehe

Commie, I have no idea what customs would say, BUT I would be very careful bringing back a white powder type stuff.:rolleyes:

I think there is a mail order site for Ms. Wages you might try that route instead.
