moding CPR bkpk2r??

I own a cprbakpak 2r skimmer on my 70 gal and although it is rated at up to 60gallons i figure with water displacement (live rock, sand bed) I'm probably closer to 50gallons. Anyway anyone have good results moding these things? If any mod sites for the cpr come to mind plz tell me

I've done the airstone mod, but it produced too unstable a foam to be usable. I've found the best way to get the bakpak to skim is to take off any kind of restrictor on the air line, set the cup to about 1/2" below the water line, and most importantly, clean the collection cup tube every day or two.

Also, I have the BBX, and it's good for keeping scum off the surface of the water.
