I'm planning a 20g sps nano and was planning on lighting with a sunpod 150 hqi.

Anyone here use this light for sps and can comment on the growth / color for the corals?

Thanks!

I don't have that but i guess it's good, i mean it's better than PC :D My LFS has one over his 55gal SPS sale tank and all the corals do look really good. For a little more though you could get a little better light like the outer orbit (made by the same company) or the coralife pro (i have that one, the 24" too) Here is a pic of it on my tank.

if money is not an issue, go for it.

if you want to keep it cheaper, check out hello lights, and get a 175w SE metal halide.

If your wanting an SPS nano go with a 250W! I got a 150 and wish every day I had gotten a 250 now.
