WTB: In-Sump skimmer and 30g tank

Anyone have a in-sump skimmer for sale? I need one rated for atleast 90 gallons and no bigger than 24.5". I'm also looking for a 36" 30g tank. If no one has a 30g tank for sale, does anyone know where I can get one local?
