entrance I didn't have a song but our wedding song was "Me and You" by Kenny Chesney. Our attendents song was "To make you feel My Love" by Garth Brooks from the Hope Floats soundtrack. I know this because we just watched our wedding video yesterday!! :D :D :D

We didn't get married in a church - no music.

We did get married about 15' from the Otis Redding memorial [overlooking the lake he crashed into here] ... so I guess we had music in spirit:)

At the reception, we danced to a Beatles tune - `I will' or something like that. Her choice, I was happy it was a short one.

I've always been fond of "Remember When" by Alan Jackson. "I will be here" Steven Curtis Chapman, "Bless the Broken Road" any version works, Forrest Gump (main theme) or Annie's Song by John Denver. Oh, and "At Last" by Etta James

I can't remember the songs at the wedding I would have to see the video. I was a bit nervous and sweating bullets. our song we first danced to was I Cross My Heart by George Strait.

We were introduced at our reception to "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne -- because his family is crazy. Then danced to "We're the Same" by Matthew Sweet. I can't remember the bridal party dance...I think it was "World on a String".

One sister-in-law used "Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson.

Is "Amazed" the Lonestar song you're thinking of?

Here's a list of songs if you're looking for one to dance to:

Our bride & groom first dance was Etta James' "At Last".

Had lots of Sinatra too...can't remember everything.

Swing music as well. And, of course, a couple traditional polkas.

Coming down the isle I played "Only Fools Rush In" Elvis Presley, during our ceremony my best friend sang "How Deep is Your Love" by the Bee Gees, for walking down the isle after the I Do's we played "At Last" Etta James and the song we danced to was "Stuck on You" Lionel Ritchie, even though I wanted to dance to "Here, There, and Everywhere" by the Beatles or "Unforgettable" Nat King Cole.

They didn't have music when I got married! :D Actually, they did, but I can't remember. 15 years was a long time ago. I do remember dancing to Daddy's Little Girl with my dad and was really mad because they were supposed to play Wind Beneath My Wings.

Congratulations Dean!

We fought for, and won, the right not to have a pipe organ (Mrs. Kfisc acquiesced to my inability to keep from seeing red when I hear one of those hideous things bellowing), so we had a harp and cello instead- which we both loved- they played Ode to Joy. They also played the reception- both of us have two left feet so we sat and ate and made merry to harp tunes. Quite a hoot.

I'm sure the church ladies in charge of music are still ticked at us for bypassing their authority- they were quite ruffled at the time.

We eloped, no wedding or reception. But I've always liked Here And Now by the late great Luther Vandross.

not married yet, but front-runners for my first dance are That's How Strong My Love Is by Otis Redding or The Way You Look Tonight, as performed by Frank Sinatra
