about time i got my light on

well guys i added my lights 2 uri 110watt super actinics,1aquasun and a actinic white. its looking much different than before so i think it looks funny. i also added a kole tang that i have photos of now the tang is always running up to the cleaner peppermint shrimp i got but they won't touch him any ideas or did i forget some homework.i was also wondering if any of you know what the items with arrows are except my painted hermit ;) http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/110373odd_shell.jpg the thing on the top it a soft lil milkish blob any ideas, the shell is a lil easier to make out any clue i looked at a million photos and came up clueless. any way more photoshttp://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/110373leather.jpg the frag i got from the meeting thanx again.http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/110373good_kole.jpg my kole not eating anything but the algea at the moment any suggestion i have tossed brine,mysis,newlife spectrum,and a lil millers reef special mix what ever ron was using they make.http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/110373full.jpg what do ya think of the color of the tank and also what kind of moon light do yall suggest.

very nice and thanks for sharing. Now you will see how your corals will start growing (enjoy). You might (might) experience a little algae in the start.
What salt are you using and when did you open the last bucket?

let knock on wood and keep that at a small small might :)
as for salt i am useing Instant ocean synthetic that i opened when i set the tank up lil less than half the bucket left. as for continued use of this brand i am not shure will do more home work closer to the time i need to buy more.

but if you guys are still planing on picking up a bulk amount id gladly take a bucket or 2 cheapest i see it local is $59.00 for a 5 gallon bucket.

what are your suggestions on brand i have heard that Redsea is a better brand but like i said i have yet to do all my homework on it.

I used Christal Reef for years and then when Red sea came out I started to use that. I buy salt when I'm out of town at TFP but when I run out of it I get IO from local stores too. I don't like it as much as I like Red Sea and as for the price they both are the same and Red sea is cheaper because is for 200gal and not for 160. You will end up with less if you have reef tank with corals because you are not keeping your water as low as you would with Fowler systems. For example IO should give you around 130 gallons (not sure exact but close) to a salinity of 1.025.
Red Sea Rocks and personally I love it.
