how do I add copepods to a 55 reef.Fish are 3 small damsels,2 false percs,a cardnal and a long nose hawk.I would like to add copepods to the sand with out them being eaten up by the fish.Could I inject them into the sand with my target feeding syringe?I also have a custom in tank sump if this helps, but im not sure if it would be beneficial to add them to the sump. They may eventualy be sucked through the impeller on my magdrive.
what else could could I add to the sand that would be beneficial?
I have plenty of hermits and snails.

It would have been perfect if you have a refugium. How much copepods are you adding? Cause with your fish population it is hard for your popepod to culture under constant picking (especially the longnose hawk and damsel) You can build a simple refugium with a power filter by removing the filter medium and fill the filtering chamber with some sand, some liverock rubble, and/or a clump of macroalgae. put a clip on lamp over the thingy and voila! Someone is actually constructing their own refugium that way and selling them. So that's something you can consider.
