I have a 2 year old 50" Hitachi Big Screen that I am getting rid of. I want to put a 92 Corner tank in it's place. Anybody have one of these and looking to unload it? Maybe we can make a deal.

Just have Paul take a video of his tank and play it on your DVD on an endless loop.

Lots cheaper and lots less work!!

Just don't try and top off the system!

Yea but I don't get to get my elbows wet. Wife thinks that is a grand idea.

What a good husband you are!!!! Wish I could get my hubby to trade his bike for a new tank!!! It has to be worth more than a tv, and I bet the the bike has less hours on it than the big screen.

She talks about me and MY tank. Then in the next breath she told me she wants us to go pet store shopping. "Since you rearranged it we have room for a lot more stuff in it." I haven't decided which one of us has the sickness .

*head nodding to Disturbed* "Get down with the sickness" :D

I sold my 11yr old 50" Mitsubishi for $600 last month. I didn`t use the $$$ to buy a tank tho. The new black 62" HD Mitsubishi came out & I had to have it :bum:

Of course now I have to build an entertainment center for it.....I soooooo much have the sickness

Watched "Doom" Tuesday night on it. Scary stuff. ;)

Oh they are not a problem to find. I saw one sitting in Pet Vet just the other day.

Ah, so the hold up is to find a place for the Hitachi?

Exactly. The Hitachi is sitting in the corner where the tank belongs. So what is your hold up? You don't have a Hitachi.

To contend with. I really should stop typing before I hit the send button.

LOL, well good point. Actually Steve @ Wetpets called me yesterday and the black silicone is in. I pick it up Friday, then the fun begins.

how much are you asking for the Hitachi if I may ask?

I have been considering something along this design.
I won`t build it as heavy as this one. *don`t see the need personally*
But I like the design.

I am not a woodworker. That bowfront design would be hard to build. I am thinking pendant.

So far the Hitachi is still holding things up. This a.m. at 9:40 somebody called and were on their way. Said they would be here in 45 minutes. Guess the dog ate their tires, they still haven't shown. Why bother with calling if you are not serious?

I run in to that all the time. I have advertised in the paper and sold things on RC, and people call or PM saying "im interested and i'll come get it on this day at this time" or they say they want to come look at it at a certain day and time. so you wait and wait and they never show and you call them back and they're like "o we changed our mind" or they never show and you never get back in touch with them. I get very annoyed when people do this to me, and i understand your frustration.

I just can't understand why they would waste both of our time. This has been going on for a few days now. I better run up the street and look for a black hole. If you don't like the price, don't call. If after you talk to me you think I am an axe murderer, tell me you will think about it. Nobody is twisting your arm. It is amazing what happens between hanging up the phone and getting in the car.

Ok. Enough ranting. There has to be somebody out there who is not just a freak wanting to talk to someone and will come buy it.

Ok. So what is the hold up? Is the asking price too much? Does nobody have a tank? This thing is holding up progress.
