they need to get better staff there
after the first incident with ozone they should of fixed the problem, after the second time they should of been warned or got new staff, and after the third time they should be shut down. that is ridiculous, that is way too many fish that had to die for them to get the picture.
why dont they hire an expert aquarist or someone that knows what they are doing, i mean i dont think anyone on RC had problems with ozone 3 times. they need to get someone who knows what they are doing before they are allowed to have anymore sharks

I'm sure each time was somebody else's fault but I would look into the ozone part. I know that zoo in 2003 had an alphant that killed the keeper and they deal with alot of other stuff. It is not easy to run a zoo and specially having those with no experience working or even helping if they are not watched.
