2x55W 50/50 10K & Actinic Blue enough for 30G wide ?

This is a CFL Retrofit I have purchased already.

Plan on going primarily with a FOWLR tank, but I'de really like to keep a few easy/mild light corals after I add a sump and fuge (whenever...)

Will this be sufficient, or will I be adding another light (and if so, what kind of wattage am I looking at?)

I take it these are PC bulbs, correct?

If so, yeah, for FOWLR or a softies only tank, it'd be sufficient. I ran the same amount of lighting on my old 20, and it was even enough for some Montipora Digitata at the top of the tank.
