His account shows that it's "awaiting email activation." Our software requires a valid email address for each use.

It appears that he changed his email address to what looks to be a bogus address so he likely never got his email activation link. He needs to enter a real email address and then click on the link that he receives in email.

Doh nevermind - I was looking at the wrong account.

Same problem, different address though. I just resent his activation codes. He'll need to click on the link in the email.
