snails or crabs ?? on algea issue

I need workers to clean up brown algea on live rock ( hair like ) so who works harder crabs or snail ( well they eat or hurt corals ) what type ???

get snails, and if the problem is out of control get a sea hare, and snails get some turbos or astreas, or any kind all of them help
