AGA temepered?

I just bought a 55 gallon AGA tank (used). Does anyone know offhand which sides of the tank are tempered? im looking to drill in the back pannel and one of the sides. Thanks

It depends onhow old the tank is & usually only the bottoms are tempered.

I got one that had a sticker on the bottom announcing all the panels are tempered. Apparently it isn't that rare for a 55 G or smaller to have all tempered panels (it's cheaper to ship because it's lighter, so for mass distribution it makes a dent in the bottom line).

An expert could probably tell you if you could measure the width of the side panels.
