How long for Oatey PVC cement to cure?

Unless I've just missed it a dozen times, my bottle of Oatey Rain-R-Shine PVC cement doesn't mention a curing time. Anyone know how long this stuff takes to fully cure? I used Oatey's 'Purple Primer' too, if that makes a difference in curing time.

Oddly enough, I was on your page only minutes before I left for Home Depot last night! Guess I just missed the 'curing' parts though. :rolleyes:
