Micro Bubbles

Do all reef tanks with sumps have some micro bubbles or should there be no sign of them?And how clear should the watewr be?

you should try to get your reef totally bubble free. one of the main problems with the small bubbles from your skimmer is too much flow through your sump.

I have a 150 rr with a 40 gal long sump and a quiet one 4000 i went down to the 4000 from a mag 1800 to slow the flow down.But i still have bubbles in my tank.
