Comments on Kodak DZ7590?

Costco.com has the DZ7590 for like $239, which seems to be a great price. Does anyone have experience with this camera? Any comments are appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the link. The only negative comments on it was because someone didn't know how to use it and a plastic thingy fell off. I read a good review from www.dpreview.com which gave it a good rating. I know that bradleyj uses pretty much the same thing, except for last years version, and he has some the of best pics I've seen on this board. I figured for $239 I couldn't go wrong. Worst case, Costco has a great return policy. I was hoping someone had some first-hand experience, but I think bradleyj's pictures speak for themselves. Thanks for the response.

This camera they are saying shares DNA of its 4-megapixel cousin, the EasyShare DX6490, Is the camera I have. There have been times, I have came close to buying an upgraded or newer camera. I see some photos on R.C. And I think it may be time but than I look at some of the pictures I have taken and feel for the money not all bad.

That's a great price for that camera.. I believe it is 5 megapixels instead of 4 like mine has. Mine is the older version like you said. Thanks for the compliment BTW.

It's good you have been able to hold off Wrasse, I'll take that as a good sign. And yeah, it's the 5 megapixel version. I'm hoping I'll have the same success you do :)

Thanks blazer, you should have better results by far with the newer one, if you click on my home page you can see some of the shots I have got with my DX6490. Good luck with it when you get I wil look forward to seeing some pics from you.

I'm going to order the camera today and see how it goes. I'll post some pics once I get it...besides, I can always return it if I am not happy. Thanks for the input.
