Okay....

Got the calcium reactor up and running, but it's lowering my ph too much.

What's the best solution...a second chamber for the reactor, Kalk in the top-off, or a Kalk reactor?

Get a kalk reactor to help with the low PH caused by the Calcium reactor.

kalk reactor....my effluent PH is 7.0 coming out the second chamber and I still have a low PH without kalk.

what kind of reactor are you using

2nd chamber will raise it 0.03 to 0.05

Korralin.

That's not enough.

I started adding Kalk to my top off water today...we'll see how that goes.

I have a 2nd chamber on my MRC, but instead of spending more money on a Nilsen reactor, I am going to use the medical dosing pump and 5 gal bucket of kalk. That way I combat the pH drop and topoff at the same time.
