Here are my new babies I got last week from deepreefaquatics. Pics do these fish no justice, especially when you have 16 month old metal halides.

Do you have a top on your tank? All but my 6 line have jumped.

Egg Crate may not be sufficient. There have been MANY postings about Fairy Wrasses jumping through egg crate. You might consider mesh over the egg crate. My tanks have canopies and I am still nervous about them finding a way out.

4 months with egg crate and not one jumper so far so good :)
