VHO and PC combo?

I recently bought an Icecap 430 and 660 to run 6 bulbs over a 90 gallon. My question is would it be best to go all vho with 2 aquasuns, 2 50/50, and 2 actinic? Or should I run 2 actinic, 2 50/50 vhos and go with 2 96 watt pc's for the 10,000 K?

That's what I was thinking. The biggest complaint I have heard about power compacts is that they don't have good actinics. Their strength being brighter light intensity. So this would give me the best of both worlds, right?
