need help w/ my zoos. please help!!

my zoos were a nice bright green color, now they are starting to turn white!!! is this bad?? i would think it is??? i have 2 other corals each 2-3 in. apart from it one is a small leather(frag) and 1 loney small mushroom. i have a 75g tank w/ 140watts total of PC but it is about 3/4 way up the tank. please help i dont want it to die this is my first coral i bought and it would be nice to keep them alive, thanks in advance,jordan

Are they still opening up? How long have you had them? A picture would help.

ya they still open, very nicely at that! and i have had them for roughly one and half weeks, it seems like maybe the center of them is turning white. one of them is a very faint green turning to white. i dont no how to put pics on here, i tried it once and it didnt work. all my water para. are good, everything in line, would the other corals be bothering it????? thanks for the help.

what lighting do you have? it sounds like they are bleaching due to over exposure. try moving them lower in the tank or close to a rock where theyll be shaded and see if that helps.

that would be surprizing because i only have 140 watts of pc's. the brand and model is current usa dual sattelite, it has a 10000K daytime bulb and an atnic bulb not sure of the rating on it?? but i would think that would be just about right for it??? my mushroom is bout 6 in. from it and it is doing and looking great.

It is not like a white film on top of the polyps or is it???

it is like all the "polyps" are turning white, it has gotten much worse today, i dont know what to do, under the atnics they still have a decent green glow but not like they did, what should i do????
