HAs anyone ever done a DIY bulkhead, if so how did it work out?

you can do bulkhead by using male and female screw PVC and then get rings to seal them but at the end they will cost you almost close to the price of the bulkhead and of course it depends where you buy them from.

Where can you buy bulkheads around here? Online the cost is ridiculous. Makes no sense for just one bulkhead to cost 15 plus $. The shipping cost more than the bulkhead. I thought I could get one for like 5 bucks, guess I thought wrong huh.

I don't need the hole drilled I need the bulkhead fitting, But thanks a bunch Ron. I will give you a holla sometime in the furture. I know later on I will need a hole drilled for return.

I think the whole is for a 1" bulkhead. Is that correct Mo?
