20L help

im putting together a 20 long tank for my father in law and i have some questions. heres what i got so far 20 long tank that has a 1" BH dead center in the back of the tank and 2- 1/2" BH at top corners of the tank. now here is the ? i was thinking closed loop w/ a mag 5 or 7. or use the 1" for a drain to sump the 2 1/2" for returns. open any suggestions.

You could use the BH for drain and return on sump, then make a closed loop that overhangs out of PVC. thats what I just done to my 20L. I would go with a mag7
