I have a Pan World 50px-x on my 29G and it gives out more heat than I expected. Do you know which pump doesn't cause heat problem on a 29G? It has to be able to do at least 1500GPH.
Thank

You're still having that heating problem (it wasn't the heater, right?) And are you sure it's the Pan World? I'm not having that heating problem with that same pump on mine.

ehiem is under power (only 900GPH max).. So the Sequence doesn't add a lot of heat huh.... I will look into that.. Thanks

Here you go dude.... (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7732128436&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1) if I hadn't bought the Iwaki yesterday this pump is a goner. Best price I've found.

any pump that does 1500 gph will heat up that 29g more than you'd like it to.

is it possible to use a couple seios?

Are you having heat issues with it warming up the water, or do you just not like the amount of heat it is producing? I would assume that any pump that pushes out that much volume is going to generate a large amount of heat.

The amount of heat it's producing = heat issue for my 29G :D

I'm ok for now but in the summer, I will have a hard time keeping the heat down without a chiller. I like to get that fix before summer comes. :) ..

I don't want any SEIO pumps in the tank because it's only a 29G. Two of them in there will take a lot of space. And they can't create random flow (can't hook them up to the wave maker).

how about some Maxi Jet 1200?

Then what am I gonna do with the SS?? :D

Nah.. I don't like MJ.. I would have to put at least 4 in there to create the flow I want ... :D

If needed, I will get a chiller.. Doesn't look like I have any other choice huh... :D

Is your pump internal or external?
