Debi - the 2006 TP file is really large (over 50k) and I couldn't bring it down to under 8k :( Maybe someone else can but with all my tweaks I couldn't.

LOL, it was worth a try! Can you remove the color? It's only 12 frames. I really have to learn how to use my photoshop!

Nice job, Andrew. It looks much better than mine. What's your secret? FWIW, I just opened in Photoshop 7, cropped, resized to 150xwhatever and save optimized as...

You have to save it as the same file type as you opened it in or it will look grainy like the one you made did.
