400W MH Retro to Trade for Lights in Rochester NY

I have a single 400W DIY setup, with a magnetic ballast (cap and coil), mogul socket and reflector, etc. Currently it is retrofitted into a 30-inch hood complete with a few other lights (actinic and a dimmer "white" light). Of course, I can tear it all apart and send to you as bare-bones retrofit kit.

I am just interested see if anyone has a lighting setup they want to trade for this? I have a 40G breeder that this is for, it is 36" inches long. I am interested in several options: a lower wattage MH ballast (250W), a power compact setup or T5's, Orbitz lights or something, etc.
