My unit is not putting out RO/DI. After a long flush it would produce RO but kinda slow. Comes out about 20 TDS which I think would mean the membrane is OK. I took it apart, put it back together. Put in new DI media. Flushed it really good and still no DI water. Got any ideas why this is happening. I am stumped.

How old are your pre-filters? If the sediment fiter is really clogged it could effect the out put of the system.

Also, did you check the lines going to the different medias?

If you can't figure it out, maybe WE can look at it tonight when WE come over.
