I would like to make a trap, and a large upstream refugium, but I need the acrylic first. Lowes only seems to have the thin stuff; where does everyone buy theirs from?

I saw some at Home Depot, they have 1/4" in various size pieces. It is not cheap though. I think the 30"x36" piece was $31

Cool, thanks for all the replies. So is Home Depot a lot more expensive than all the other places?

There is a place near the airport that was very friendly and helpful. I don't remember the name but they are in the phone book.

Make sure you get the right kind of acrylic, extruded is one and I forget the others name. One exorbs more water and may cause your seals to break. From what I've heard HD sells the bad kind.
I would suggest going to Great Lakes if you’re in Buffalo, they're very helpful.
Also, they usually carry Weld-On 3, 4 is better for our purposes if you can find it. It dries slower and you get a stronger seal.
