Those are not rotifers and they are other bugs that feed on rotifers if you dump them in there. They are good for the fuge. They look like shrimp babies to me or maysis shrimp babies. Do you have cleaner shrimp in the tank ?

bingo, there you go and good you have a fuge or they would've been gone. Now if you look under the cleaner shrimp you won't see much stuff but in a few days you will start seing eggs (greenish color) and they release them overnight and you will see the tank full of shrimp larvae.

They are hermaphroditic and check on RC and typed ( Lysmata hermaphroditic ) and see what you find. You also might want to add (Male Female ) to the search box. I will look but gotta take the kid to the daycare.

Male grabs the female and deposit sperm into the female. The female can store the sperm for months months to use to fertilize eggs.

Yes they would and I guess it wont work. We can make another room for nigripes somewhere in your system. I missed you call,, I was in the basement. You can call me back.
