bulb question on T5's thanks!

ok which one is better between these two lights? and why would the midday cost more than daylight since daylight has more K? thanks!

The GE 6500K puts out much more PAR than the Giesemann plus it is 1/3 the cost. The Grim Reefer will confirm this; go for the GE.
