The owner is coming to get them soon so I went out to pen them up, wow, what a honker .
Hard on the ears so early in the morning.

Burro alarm clocks? Do they bray at a given time in the a.m. like a rooster, or only when spooked?

That shot looks like the real version of "Donkey" from Shrek.

Seems they bray when they want food.
Or when they see people
or horses
or cats
or puppies
Just about anything will get them to hee hawing.
They are outrageous.

How many bugs ears do you check out? I'm contemplating going out and shoveling the snow so i can go to town. But it's -10 do I really need to go? I do have to get the garbage to the road tho. Brrr.....

Well, there's not bugs to check their ears now, it's too dang cold. I did find a ladybug in my apartment the other day, but her ears were so small I really don't think she heard me telling her that she couldn't live there

Well, the owner didnt show up this morning to get them as he said he would, guess he just figures I will keep feeding them till he gets around to it.
I hate waiting on people. 1:15 and still not here.Maybe he got his 10:00 confused?

I really don't want to hear whether you are "up". There is a medication for that.

Well, the owner just left, so funny tho, he brought a friend and a bucket of grain and they are following them home with the grain.
I took a quick picture of them following him down the driveway with his bucket of oats.

Hi Andy, they walked up the driveway from the road;)
And so do the cows, neighbors dogs, coons, possums and wild cats.
We are just full of wildlife down this way.
Seems they all think I am an open air cafe for there breakfast or something.
