Coralife Calcium Reactors?

Does anyone have any experience with these? They are very inexpensive, but, could it be a case of "you get what you pay for" ?

they are made like there skimmers

local pet store has one hooked up ( seems to do the job but are over rated on there aquarium size that they can be used on)


the 500g model is smaller than my geo model for 300 gallon tanks
