WTT: Live sand for non-live sand (or WTB)

I am getting a new 29 gallon tank and I need some sand to put in there. I will trade some live sand for non-live sand to get someone started on their reef...

if someone has some suitable sand around, I'd be willing to buy it. Where should I buy some oolitic sand in OC?
