My Buddies new 120

I have a friend that just jumped in and purchased a 120.

Questions I have are about the skimmer and then Pumps:


Skimmer... is there a skimmer that you can direct the overflow from the tank directly into the skimmer?

Pumps:
I was thinking about 1000 gph through the sump, then a Pair of the small Tunzes inside the tank. The Tunzes would run, say 2 hours on 2 hours off, with a 15 minute period that both are on at the same time.

I run a littlegiant 4 (around 1000gph) on my 120,
but some (1/3 - 1/4?) is split to my side 35 cube.
run the tunzees full on all the time.
I run my pair of 820 seios and another 500gph powerhead fulltime on in my mostly softie 120.
