Yellow watchman

I recently purchased one and Im woundering if any one knows if I have to target feed him or just put the food in the tank.

I have one. He is a little shy but seems to get his fill if I include some sinking tidbits in the mix!

Mine was a bit shy at first but now he comes right out and goes all over the tank while I feed.
