I have a few questions on feeding corals.

The tank gets fish food and some mysis shrimp, plus I feed dt's.
I don't want to make my own coral food, is there anything else I should feed?

In other threads I read that some corals eat at night and some during the day. If this is correct do I alternate feedings between day and night?

How often should corals be fed?

Do I need to turn off the power heads or filters when feeding?

Is there a site that tells the corals needs such as light water flow etc..?

Thanks for all your help,
Bill

Is this the wrong forum to post this question in?

If so what forum would be suggested?

It's the right forum. :)

That is just a very difficult question to answer. Each coral has different needs/requirements when it come to feedings. If you could be more specific about which corals you are interested in knowing about that would help. "Hard" could be all manner of SPS and LPS. "Soft" can be taken for any leathers polyps to even anemones.

FWIW, a great book to have that addresses these kinds of questions would be:
