Chromis naturally live in sps type corals. They are shoaling species that feel safe in numbers. Its survival out there and having large numbers reduces one fishes chance of getting eaten.

I feed my green chromis flake and pellet foods. For treats they eat frozen cocktail shrimp. :)

A wide variety of foods is always best. Feed anything and everything they show interest in. From flake to frozen, algae based to meaty. Be sure to enrich their foods when you can. Products like Selcon as wonderful for that. :)
