It's a vermetid snail. They make the mucous webs to catch food. They're harmless, but annoying to me and my corals. I kill them whenever I see them. They reproduce like crazy.

I've got several of those snails too. It's funny during feeding time when the shrimp lands in their webbing and the clowns eat the food just before the snail hauls in the catch...
