I saw a few boxer or pom pom crabs at my LFS and I want to buy one.I was looking for any info on these guys before I buy.Any personal experiance.I have read up on them but I want first hand hobbiest info.Any will help.Thanks in advance.

imo most crabs are spontaneus to attack living things when starved. So unless you feel you can provide it with all available food 24/7 then go for it. But if not, you may end up with dead smaller fish, chewed corals ect.
I had a crab that just die(thank god) they are impossible to catch. He ate 8 of my green chromis before my dog faced puffer fish got him! Hahaha.

I bought 2 pom-poms aka boxers and you'll never ever see them except on rare occasions. Only noturnal and love to stick to the rocks.
I feel mine were a waste of money.

And the pom-poms are anemones. I've heard they are difficult to keep alive and fully pom-pomed up for long.

Not if there's enough food. They farmer the anemones too so they can be replaced.
