I pretty sure the first one is a blasto, but not sure about the other one maybe acan?

I'm thinking of fraging these to bring to the frag swap...

The second one is a little odd. Is it open all the way, or still acclimating to the tank? Have you seen tentacles, and day/night/both? How large are the corallites, and to they overlap/overrun each other, or are they distinct? Is there space between the corallites? How big are the teeth?

A picture of the coral completely retracted, and one of it fully open (if it isn't now) would be helpful.

It doesn't quite look like an echinata, but pictures are always hard to get a good ID from, especially in this family. Probably Acanthastrea or Faviid/Favites.

It's really sweet, though. Nice color!

The finger shaped acan looks VERY familiar....

Thanks for the help, I guess I wasn't even close....

Nicole they have been in the takn for a couple of months and I have never notice any tentacles as for the corallites not sure what that is or where are the teeth.

The coral if fully open, but I will get a picture of it tonight after the lights go off.

dymaxium you know were they came from, mike as had these in his tank for awhile.

No tentacles, fully open - probably echinata then.

Teeth are the ridges on the corallite, you know how candy canes have those tall ridges? Those are teeth -- big ones!
