Odor?

I just finished putting together a DIY MH ballast box.
My Tank room had no odor when I had my PCs going... but now the room kinda smells fishy....

I think the odor is coming from the ballast box. (I drilled some holes for air circulation. Could the ballast be stinking?

keep an eye on everything in the fishroom. I nearly set my house on fire when my hangon protien skimmer leaked and driped into a powerstrip.

Well, it's definately coming from the ballast box. But it's not a burning smell.
