New to MH, need opinion on used pendant

I need some opinions on the setup pictured here:

My concern is that the bulbs as pictured appear different (they have a middle bulge) than other MH bulbs. Are they common bulbs, or are these the Coralife Sun-System bulbs that Hellolights keeps warning about (and don't sell)? At 1.5years, I'd look at immediate bulb replacement here, so don't want to end up with an unuseable ballast.

The bulbs have the bulge because the are probably 6500k, just the way they are I guess. I had one on my tank great if you do not plan on having a canopy otherwise I liked it. It seems like a good deal, but like you said you are going to have to get new bulbs.
