PH controller ???

I just ordered a Milwaukee SMS 122 ph controller to use in the future for a calcium reactor..it is a little confusing reading the description of this thing..it says it alarms at "above" setpoint...is this controller capable of turning off a calcium reactor if the monitor senses "below" setpoint. I would think this would be the more critical condition using a reactor.
