Cheap Needle Wheel Pumps

Saw at one time a link to where you could buy cheaper needle wheel style pumps online. They had some 200-300 GPH ones for $18. They had a large list of different pumps.
Anyone know of where I am talking about?

Are these pumps any good? They look like they would work nice to plug into an ASM doing recirc.....
