Hey guys,
I just picked one up today (new) I'm not ready to start using it but I've read that the probes need about a week to get up to par. I hooked up the probe, adjusted the ORP set point and mgs\hr to zero and plugged the unit in...

I'm getting a 000 reading, does this sound normal?

I'm sure its fine to use -- maybe the super hardcore guys would disagree but I if its a reputable brand I'ms ure theyre not going to put out a low quality product.
just start out slow and work your way up-- as with anything in life, eh

It should show the actual orp of the tank and not just 000 even though you have the setpoint and ozone level set to zero. If you don't ever get an orp reading then there may be an issue with the unit or probe.

Mine shows 000 too when I first turned it on. I could be wrong but I think its normal for these. I think mine had the reading the next day if I remember right...

Adjusted the ORP set point to 350Mg .
Set the ozone to 100.
The dial as you turn it will tell you your settings, and tank ORP.
