Ice Capp 660 wiring

....... I have an Ice Cap 660 wired for four 48" bulbs. Recently developed a problem and while trouble shooting realized that I had a short in one of the flourescent sockets. I think it took the bulb with it... (Super Actinic VHO-1)......

..first question, will losing one bulb cause the others not to light

...second, can I run 3 VHO's and one "conventional" bulb off of the 660 simultaneously?

You can overdrive the NO lamp with the others. If you pull one lamp the ballasts "thinks" it is burned out and wont fire the others.
