Auto Top off from Basement?

I would like to make an atos that will pump water up from the basement. It would have to go up 10' and accross 25'. I would like to use the 1/4" tubing also. Is this feasable, and what kind of pump/system would I need.

Todd, I user the Aqua Medic dosing pump 3000. My kalk reactor is in the basement and I use this pump to move the top off water through the kalk reactor across 10' of wall and up 14' to my sump. But, you must put a check valve on the end of your tubing to keep the tubing full of water. What I did was put the check valve on the end of my tubing sitting in my tub of RO water that I push through my kalk reactor. MD carries the pump and check valve which are all 1/4".
