Pump question

I am looking at either doing a closed loop with a sequence dart and a tunze stream (6000) or just using two tunze streams. Not as much flow with the second option, but a lot less plumbing and four less holes to leak. Also the second option is more expensive, but more economical. Any opnions out there?
