lighting for 46 bow

I have decided that I am getting a 46-gallon bow and I was just wondering how much light is needed to keep a reef. I would like to have a few fish (3-4), 50lbs. of LR , 1.5' LS, and a few of every type of corals.

i have dual 96 watt pc's, works great. it's about 4 watts per gallon and the size is just right. but if you want sps and better colors, then go with 2 175 de metal halides, that's what i'm gonna upgrade to because i want better growth/color.
