I got a fantastic deal on a new-looking 220 gallon Tenecor with a Tenecor stand/canopy. I have to drive about 240 miles to pick it up tonight. I am going to move it in a pickup truck. The temperature tonight will be around 50 degrees, and since I'll be traveling about 60 mph back home, is the wind chill factor going to do any damage to the tank? It's an acrylic tank.

Thanks!

I would guess you would be ok...

If it was me, I would do it, and I would probably go about 85mph so I could get home and set it up quicker.... hehe

I don't think wind will be an issue, but I would cover it with something to keep any road debris from scratching it. A good tarp with lots of tie downs should work. Also make sure it is sitting flat with no high spots on the bed of the truck. A few good moving blankets underneath would be wise IMO. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies....I'll be sure to cover it......my concern though was having the acrylic exposed in that temperature....I didn't know if it would cause any problems.
