I left my Seio pumps soaking in vinegar a little too long. The rubber suction cups got all warped. I contacted TAMM (Seio Mfg) and ordered new ones for 50 cents each plus shipping of course. A TAMM customer service rep email address is provided below. Ask them to email you a Rio Order Form.

Yes, we can get you the rubber suction cups.

They are $0.50 ea. plus shiping.

You may use the attached order form to order.

Thank you.

I have yet to have ANY suction cup last very long in the tank, i found it easiest to just use the hang on attachment that came with my seio

I did the hang on tank mod for my SEIO 1100, it works great and I got rid of my suction cup problem. Epoxying the bracket to a magnet works great too... there are several threads about both of these mods on RC

Hardware stores have the clear ones that last WAY longer. You just have to find ones that fit the holes on your bracket.

cool!

thanks. i will look into that.

the hang on the tank brackets wont work for me as my 180g has a thick eurobrace around the perimeter. gluing the seio's to a magnet is a good one also!
